Radio-controlled boats, wooden ramps and one very large loop. Race the whole Lakeside Park circuit in the Wake Rush demo, or switch to Battle and bring torpedoes.
Wake Rush is a racer for radio-controlled boats. You run three laps around a park lake, through numbered flag gates, past the reeds and the ducks, off the ramps and down the water-jet tubes. Miss a gate and the lap doesn't count.
What's in the demo
The whole Lakeside Park circuit: Park Loop, Rapids Run, Crossfire Eight, Reaper's Reach and Tide Runner Twelve boats, from the all-round Patriot to the Ultra Single Race, a five-race Grand Prix, and Battle with pellet guns, water mines and torpedoes A leaderboard for each course
One tip for Tide Runner: the loop only carries you all the way round if you arrive fast and straight, so line it up early. And if you put the controls down for seven seconds, the autopilot takes the boat. It drives well enough, but its laps don't go on the leaderboard.
